Elara Voskian is a landscape textile engineer and parasol design consultant with 14 years of field experience across Mediterranean microclimates and urban rooftop gardens. She holds a dual MSc in Outdoor Fabric Technology and Sustainable Shade Systems from TU Delft and the University of Lisbon. Elara has tested over 200 canopy materials for UV resistance, wind stability, and thermal dispersion—and co-developed the ISO/TC 189 parasol tilt-resilience standard in 2022.
